Post :- Sr. CSR Analyst / CSR Analyst
Process :- Fraud Analyst / Claims Process / Fraud Reporting
Experience :- 0.6 Months to 5 years in International Voice is MUST
Qualification :- Any Graduate / UG / 10+2+3 / 10+2 / 10+3 / BE / MCA
Remuneration :- 3 L to 5.5 L Based on Current CTC
Location :- BANGALORE
CAB :- 2 WAY CAB PROVIDED
SHIFT :- Rotational US / UK / 24/ 7 Shifts
Job Description :-
· Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
· Candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process.
· Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
· Should be open to work in Night shifts.
· Responsible for dealing with International Clients
· Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
