We are hiring for Automation Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

KRA

• To work on the allocated scripts/ production issues as per the scheduled timelines (SLA) and ensure that the scripts are working fine and optimized in operations.
• Maintain version control and necessary documentation for scripts.
• Sample Check of scripts to check its sanity.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality of the scripts within the given TAT as per the given process
• Accountable for test case/ script preparation and peer review/ audit of scripts.
• Provide Technical support to Cloud Team (Fix / Debug script issues Simple / Medium complexity)
• Adhere to Quality Process i.e. best coding practices.
• Do script (unit) testing before rolling out the script in Production
• Highlight script / PF / PNM or other code related raised/ reoccurring issues to next level
• Maintain the central document repository (SVN) of various test cases, scripts, artifacts documents and reports.
• Work on ORS, CMF, Zone Issues Support, Response Time and Data unavailable issues etc. as and when received as per defined TAT.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
• Proactive & prompt communication with internal clients to resolve their queries quickly and accurately.
• Adhere to floor discipline, Rostering and Shift plan.
• Publish daily work status to SME /Team Lead. Follow End of Shift handover process - update test execution status if unable to complete in a given shift.
• Self-learning (on various testing tools) and undergo training for gaining cross functional capability
• Participate in RCA and provide inputs to COE for process and operational excellence.
• Relationship building with the Internal clients
• Provide an update by sharing the status of the work allocated/ issue raised by the Operations team to their lead

Must Have Skills / Primary Skills -BE/B.Tech (IT, Computers,ExtC).

• Hands-on automation experience on -
• Core Java, Selenium, Appium, AutoIT, TestNG, Sikuli.
• HTML, JavaScript, Understanding of DOM.
• Male candidates only (as it requires working in 24/7 support).
• Should be flexible with rotational shifts and week offs.
• Windows and MAC OS.
• Self-motivated and ability to adapt and deliver in challenging environment and with strict timelines.

JOB Description (please mention in details) - Candidates would be involved throughout the monitoring lifecycle i.e. understand requirement, create and review of bots/scripts, deployment in production and real-time maintenance.

Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of bots/scripts with emphasis on quality assurance and tracking appropriately.

Responsible for defining and driving innovative automated solutions into our overall monitoring processes that support and enhance the current Quality Assurance processes.
