• Recruitment & Head Hunting
• Well versed with Job Portals like Naukri, Shine etc.
• Sourcing suitable profiles through various job portals
• Scheduling candidates for interviews
• Screening the sourced profiles as per requirements
• Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity
• Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and sharing real-time feedback
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
• Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates
• Maintaining Recruitment MIS
• Preparing Offer letters, Appointment Letters and other important documents.
• Maintaining Employee Records.
• Handling end to end recruitment process
• 
  Sourcing candidates through different channels of Recruitment
• like Job Portals.
• Determining applicant requirements by studying job description.
• Conducting Pre and post interview follow-up with the candidate.

• Candidate with Good communication skills.

• Experience in house recruitment.
