Core Competencies Required
Windows desktop and server administration. Mobile Device Management (MDM) server administration preferably in VMWare Workspace MDM, reporting. Mobile device enrolment, removal. Mobile device support.
Job Description
1. Logging tickets in ticketing tool.
2. Resolving assigned MDM tickets as per SLA.
3. MDM server administration
4. Mobile device enrolment and removal in the MDM system
5. Logging tickets with MDM OEM for any product issues and coordination till resolution.
6. Coordination with Mobile device vendor in case of any device-related issue.
7. Troubleshooting issues related to MDM agents on mobile devices.
8. Periodical review of tickets
