This role focuses on leveraging computational design strategies to enhance creativity, efficiency, and performance in architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with parametric modeling, automation tools, and performance analysis, ensuring innovative and data-driven design solution s. Key Responsibiliti es:Develop computational design strategies to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and explore generative design possibiliti es.Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate computational methodologies into the design proce ss.Utilize parametric modeling tools such as Rhino + Grasshopper, Dynamo, and scripting languages like C# and Python to create dynamic design solutio ns.Conduct performance analysis to assess structural integrity, environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency, ensuring data-driven design decisio ns.Generate multiple design iterations to evaluate various options and facilitate decision-making processes through computational techniqu es.Develop and maintain computational workflows and standards within the team, ensuring scalability and efficien cy.Stay informed on emerging technologies in computational design, automation, AI-driven tools, and digital fabrication to enhance design capabiliti es. Qualifications & Ski lls:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computational Design, or a related fi eld.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in computational design, architecture, or interior des ign.Technical Proficie ncy:Parametric modeling tools: Rhino + Grasshopper, Dynamo, or similar platfo rms.Programming/Scripting: C#, Python, or visual scripting for automat ion.BIM integration: Working knowledge of Revit and interoperability between computational to ols.Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, building systems, materials, and construction techniq ues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary t eam.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverab les.A portfolio showcasing computational design projects is a p lus. Preferred Skills (Bo nus):Experience with automation and AI-driven tools for design optimiza tion.Knowledge of digital fabrication, material research, or computational geom etry.Familiarity with collaborative workflows, data visualization, and interoperability between design soft ware.Understanding of cloud-based computing or scripting for large-scale data processing for design applicat ions.
