Exp:8 to 10 yrs.1. Planning and Implementation upgrade of Citrix CDS Infrastructure servers (Delivery Controllers, Storefront, Provisioning Services) 2. Planning and Implementation upgrade of Citrix CDS VDIs (HSD, Non-Persistent & Persistent) 3. VDI Critical issue troubleshooting 4. Publishing application in start menu by configuring GPO settings of Receiver and required Infra settings 5. LCM Recommendations 6. VDI Baseline alignment on ESXi Hosts as per the VDI flavor and VDI configuration 7. Managing & Troubleshooting vDisk Versions and Replications 8. Troubleshooting numerous VDI registration & launch issues 9. Understanding Citrix policies 10. Having good knowledge in GPOs 11. Experience in application packaging 12. Knowledge of Group policy 13. Active directory 14. Calls on P1 & Problem tickets 15. Able to collect & analyze logs using tools like CDF, Procmon, Wireshark 16. Team Management 17. Able to work with the SMEs to drive major incidents and work towards RCA. 18. Role is to manage the operation team of L2/L1 in Citrix Support and provide support to domestic & international environment /customers. 19. Able to establish and run good operations and governance practices. 20. ITIL Aware (spl around Incident /Problem /Change Management). 21. Good team player and able to manage and mentor team. 22. Work on team skill enhancement and training need identification. 23. Manage SLA and Availability of Services. 24. Project management experience for IT infrastructure management.
