Education : M.com/B.com/ BBM graduate

Min 2ys Relevant Experience

• Prior SAP working knowledge a must
• Ensure efficiency & high quality of PTP processes
• Required End to end PTP/Account payable Domain knowledge.
• Accountable to drive daily transaction processing in-compliance to SLAs policies and procedures.
• Specialization required in the area of Invoice processing, Payment Disbursement , Travel & Expense management, check run etc.
• Ensure to process all transactions assigned for processing in timely manner and as per agreed TAT defined in internal and external SLAs.
• Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures.
• Managing customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal, Written and Interpersonal Communication Skills (Client Calls)
• Process Mentoring of team members

Good to have:

• Experience in BPM Industry will be preferred.
• Should come out as an expert who can trouble shoot issues
• Customer orientation
• Good Communication skills both oral and written
• Good Analytical Skills
