Job Description:
- We Are Looking for Candidate Who is really passionate to work with the young generation to address the employability challenges faced.
- Preference for candidates who are from the Bangalore Region or have had similar work experience in the Bangalore Region.
- Strong communication skills in the English language, both written and verbal
- On a daily basis who can Call companies to know their upcoming/current fresher requirements (Minimum 30-40 Company)
- The Candidate should have good Client connection for this Fresher Placement Drive Engagement with Hr Head of Software Company.
- Visiting companies to Relationship Building & for their upcoming requirement planning
- Is a go-getter and can work independently, with minimal supervision.
- You will be responsible to be the bridge between Technology Trained Engineering Graduates and employment opportunities.
- Planning and Conducting Employer engagement events. Anchor Placement officer??s engagement through regular calls and review meetings. Building an active working relationship with representatives of companies, Industry bodies and Placement officers.
