Job Description
- The Global Solutions Manager is the key analytics interface between stakeholders (internal & external) and project teams,The main responsibilities are to oversees and coordinate analytics project teams in the design, development and effective delivery of analytic solutions to provide data-driven insights to Clients or Company partners to support Clinical Trials.A prerequisite for the current role is the ability to interpret requests and provide guidance on leveraging Company data assets or advanced analytic techniques to support the overall business needs.
- Specific activities include:
- Leads the communication strategy for the analytics plan to interrogate Company data assets and products, ensuring clear communication is maintained between the analytics team and clients or Company partners
- Manages the final delivery of innovative and insightful analytics to support end to end engagement of Clinical Trials with clients or Company partners.
- Development of project plans for analytics delivery inclusive of timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Partners with other Company functional teams to define analytic requirements to support trial strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Company data assets, their use cases and how to utilize advanced analytics to drive solutions to enhance trial strategy and execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Company data assets to lead data-driven discussions using machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), or other artificial intelligence/advanced analytic approaches to drive solutions.
- Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively keeping abreast on Company offerings and newly acquired assets to drive opportunities with in R&D Solutions.
- Proactively Identifies new areas of growth and innovation utilizing advanced analytic approaches
- Offers mentorship and coaching in a quickly growing team to ensure knowledge sharing and to elevate ACOE capabilities
Required Candidate profile
MS Degree in Healthcare, Statistics, or Data science with:
- - 3/5 years of related experience in consulting, project management and analytics delivery.
- - 3/5 years experience in data manipulation, analysis and data visualization
- - Experience of understanding, communicating and thought leadership in the use of advanced analytics within the healthcare and clinical trials environment
- - Excellent understanding of the global healthcare and clinical trials environment
- - Demonstrates excellent organizational, communication and project management skills
- - Active listener with strong relationship building skills with an exceptional eye for detail
