Job Description

A.Market / Customer Facing
1. Build relationships with Customer stakeholders
- Ability to manage expectations
- Stakeholder management.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps customer experience and ensure the delivery is on time.
- Deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
- Coordinate with various teams at client end, Business, Ops etc.
- Ensure all backlog activities are tracked and delivered well
B . Offshore Coordination.
- Liasoning with the offshore team
- Project Manager with Agile Delivery & experience of managing Scrum.
- Prioritize and define project delivery plans. Track and report on status / progress
- Do Cost Estimation for the project and also analyze and manage project risks.
ABOUT THE JOB
The job involves travelling to customer site within USA and Development center in India. The frequency of travel currently will not exceed 5 to 8 days per month , but may vary as per the need of the client and the job.
The job involves duties beyond normal hours and interaction and meeting with Client's team and interaction with product development team in India.
Required Candidate profile
- Post-Graduate, Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Min 10 years of proven work experience in product management / large application development
- Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Should have worked extensively on project management tools & its execution, agile methodology
- Proficient with Agile/scrum methodologies
- Preference for candidates who have worked in Fintech, Regtech sector.
- Ability to connect and network with People.
