requirement of Regional sales manager for an out bound sales  center consisting of 300 persons

Skills

leading the team

recruiting the sales team for the unit

motivating them and training them for sales performance 

cross selling the products 

training the candidates on personal loans in the outbound center 

totally responsible for the overall performance  of the center with 300 sales team 

experience in outbound sales center( call center) in a  banking or financial services 

Drive sales

profit planning etc, 

experience  10-18 years in BFSI 

Salary   14-18 lakhs

Qualification    Any graduate and MBA preferred
