Job Description
Permanent Position for Devops Engineer in Pune
Experience: 6+ yrs
Notice Period: 30 days or less
Male Candidate Preferred
Skills Required
Administer Linux servers in a massive-scale public cloud environment to build, manage and troubleshoot servers.
Deploy Virtulaization and take charge of entire process of Virtualization servers.
Engage with other Engineering and Product teams to improve reliability, performance, availability and security.
Provide application and infrastructure support for development, test and production environments
Hands on experience in Network and Storage
Develop new automation and administration tools
Deploy product releases and maintenance updates
Evaluate, specify, implement and support performance and availability monitoring tools
Participate in an on-call as required
Our Ideal Candidate
Will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years professional experience administering CentOS servers
Expert in Shell Scripting and understand Java.
Is experienced in Chef, Puppet or other configuration management tools
Has a solid understanding of networking systems and protocols
Has a strong experience in Security.
Administration of Webserver, AWS/Azure Cloud (Administration of public/private Cloud)
Will be confident in their ability to own and deliver projects and issues to resolution
Is an excellent communicator
Can think and act globally
Has a passion for solving problems
