Tele Calling of Lead Generation & handling walk-in enquiries
Generate new references from student
Maintaining MIS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or done inquiry
Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding
Database Management for the leads coming for enquiry
Good control of MS office and Internet - especially excel for report generation
Follow up on SMS/ mails / calls to Inquiries on regular basis
Required Experience and Qualifications
Should have a pleasing personality with convincing skills for selling profile
Should have excellent communication skill in English, Hindi & Marathi
Should be target oriented and customer friendly and service oriented
Should have powerful convincing skills
