Medical Knowledge:
Under the direct supervision of the Consultant, you are responsible for the in-patient and out-patient medical management of children.
Shares the responsibility for Labour Ward/OT cover of newborn and emergency duties.
Responsibility for administrative duties (e.g. review of results of investigations, patient records) which arise as a consequence of these clinical duties.
Undertake responsibility for the admissions and day to day care of children admitted / referred to the paediatric department under consultant supervision.
Must work in 8 hour shifts
