Shift: 24/7 shift.
Job Location: Pune.
Skill 1: SAP Success Factors / HCM.
SAP Success Factors:
- Minimum 2-4+ years of domain experience in HR Success Factors.
- 2-4 E2E implementations is desirable
- knowledge in Benefits/Time off and US Payroll
- Must have knowledge in interface testing
- ALM / JIRA knowledge
- Other tools - Kronos.
Responsibility:
- Analysis of requirements and user stories
- Test Planning
- Test Execution
- Defects Logging
- Work with the client to analyze their requirements: prepare and participate in workshops, requirement documentation
- Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions
- Coach or lead different tracks or project teams, taking on more responsibility as you grow in your career
Prerequisite for Suitable candidate:
- Team player who has experience with large projects
- 1 to 3 years of working experience with HR processes optimization and automation,
- Experience in delivering SAP Solutions
- Bachelor degree or equal by experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to apply analytical and creative thought
- Willingness to travel to any Infosys location in India
- Good command of English.
Skill 2: Middleware (WebLogic) Administrator.
Job Description:
- Supports the day to day availability and performance of Middleware and web systems including the ability to troubleshoot and isolate moderate to complex system/application issues for WebLogic, apache, and tomcat servers.
- Proposes and implements complex system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Manages the configuration of the system.
- Provides 24x7 support on a rotating basis is required and responsible for performing the job in accordance Client vision and values.
Roles and responsibilities:
- To perform administration of WebLogic, Tomcat/Apache Server domains.
- Build and setup the frontend WebLogic environment per application requirements
Includes migration, upgrade, and certificates renewals, Compliance and Patching.
- Installing WebLogic patches, service packs
- Developing automation scripts.
- Middleware components integrating with HTTP servers.
- Backup and restoration of application/web servers data
- Configuring of LDAP and Security realms.
- Configuring Tomcat/ Jboss/ Weblogic / Apache instances, monitoring health of application servers, deploying applications on servers, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Apply performance monitoring / tuning methodologies to investigate issues reported for Web logic/ Tomcat/ Jboss/ Apache Web Server and likewise Application Server.
- Review proposed changes and implement them in pre-production and production environment.
- Preparation of root cause analysis documentation and follow-up communication.
- Adhere to SLAs and make sure all incidents and requested are resolved within the SLA
Required industry experience:
- 2-4+ years experience in WebLogic, Apache and Tomcat middleware technologies.
Required technical experience:
- 2-4 years minimum experience in implementing, administering, installing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for various middleware components Weblogic / Jboss /Apache Tomcat server.
- Good working knowledge of Linux, AIX and windows platforms
- Knowledge in Linux commands and Shell scripting
- Trouble shooting knowledge of middleware and analysis of heap dump, thread dump and have ability to Start / stop application/web services
- Good Knowledge of installation and configuration of web servers ie Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, OHS
- Experience in SSL Certificate management
- Experience in Troubleshooting of JAR, EAR, WAR
- Knowledge on Protocols such as HTTP/HTTP/s, RMI CORBA, SOAP
- Experience in load-balancing and high-availability strategies
- Experience with scripting like Shell, Perl, Jython, Jacl
- Maintain and troubleshoot server logs.
- Manage application deployments in Prod and Non-Prod Apache environments.
Skill 3: Oracle DBA:
Job Description:
- Supports the day to day availability and performance of Oracle Databases including the ability to troubleshoot and isolate moderate to complex databases
- Proposes and implements complex database enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the database. Manages the database configurations
- Installing, configuring, and testing different Oracle databases Oracle 9i,10G,12C
- Provides 24x7 support on a rotating basis is required and responsible for performing the job in accordance Client vision and values.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, replication management, problem triage, and backup/recovery.
- Participate in performance, capacity and scalability analysis and planning for both existing systems and new initiatives.
- Setting and maintaining standards, policies and procedures from an operations perspective supporting enterprise databases.
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the Database through Database Tuning using Tuning Queries, SQL Tuning advisor, Tuning Applications and Tuning Memory.
- Ensure clear and concise monitoring and altering requirements for all database implementations.
- Communication and coordination with internal and external facing vendors/departments.
- Recommending infrastructure enhancements/changes to improve existing products/services and/or reduce internal costs.
- Preparation of root cause analysis documentation and follow-up communication.
- Adhere to SLAs and make sure all incidents and requested are resolved within the SLA.
Required industry experience:
- 2 - 4+ years of Oracle Database administration experience.
- Required technical experience
- 2+ years minimum experience in Installation, Migration, licensing Oracle 9i,10G,12C databases
- Experience in storage planning, memory planning, storage allocation, configure database as per company standards.
- Expertise in Oracle Data Guard and standby databases, troubleshoot the log shipping issues and logs maintenance.
- Knowledge in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) is a must. Experience in TOAD/ DB Artisan, SQL Developer and ODBC configurations.
- Experience in Oracle RAC environment in oracle 11g that includes requirements gathering, Hardware planning, OS installation, Cluster ware installation, configuring ASM disks, configuring network for RAC and grid installation is an advantage.
- Expertise in Performance tuning the production database towards optimal performance
- Experience in Database Maintenance, Patch Management, Applications Support and Job Scheduling. Provide support per project needs; investigate
- Experience in data and schema refresh activities
- Expertise in backup/recovery strategies using RMAN and with datapump utility.
- Patching the Oracle home through Opatch utility and oracle home upgrade in 10g/11g/12c environments.
- Strong trouble shooting, problem solving, analytical and design skills.
- Good knowledge on SHELL Scripting, UNIX Commands to identify the OS level database parameters and resolve issues.
Skill 4: Linux Administrator:
Job Description:
- 2 - 4+ years of Linux administration experience.
- ITIL Certification/knowledge (Incident/Change/Problem Management)
- Working knowledge of Linux Administrations (3+ Years)
- Strong Linux administration (Red Hat and Ubuntu) with experience in virtualization environment.
- Expertise on file system management (Linux LVM , VXFS, QFS, CFS, UFS, ZFS).
- Good to handle infrastructure troubleshooting skills by remotely.
- Hands on experience on Linux and Solaris OS Patching/software upgrades / Perform Hypervisor / Firmware upgrades.
- Knowledge on HP-UX, Solaris flavors will be an advantage.
- Experience on Migration and upgrading of production servers.
- Perform OS Hardening (One time/Less re-occurring) activities.
- Experience on emergency activities (critical Patch update / Virus/Incidents / Vulnerability fixing).
- Good communication skills to handle client /internal calls
- Based on the alert taking pro-active measures to avoid severity incident
- Working on Change Records Problem Management and priority Incidents
- Excellent working knowledge on the virtualization technology VMWare/Oracle Virtual Machine.
- Manage and Maintain ESXI host and vCenter
- Knowledge on HA, DRS, FT, vMotion, VM cloning, Template, Snapshot, Switches
- Performing VMware tools upgrades and Hardware versions
- Upgrading virtual server like RAM, HDD & CPU.
