Job Description

-Handle all enquiries by careful hearing.
- Document & record all bookings accurately & immediately.
- Action bookings accurately on time with all special updates to passenger preference in the PNR.

Be proactive & ensure timely submission of bills with necessary approvals.
- Payments for all personal tickets issued for employees to be collected immediately with no dues.
-Collect all dues on time ensuring no out standings as per credit policy.
- Handle all complaints with necessary service recovery immediately.
-Have a log & data of all complaints in a log.
-Escalate all complaints to superiors with complete information & service recovery done, if any.
-Ensure high quality of service standards for all service deliverables as per company specifications.
- To ensure all special preferences / features of passengers are updated in the PNRs.
