The selected analyst would be working for SMART Spot. This is a one-stop IT (Desktop/ Laptop/ Software) Solution provision.Primary Responsibilities:Work as a part of a dynamic team involved with providing technical support and issue resolution to internal customers, which may include users of all types and skill levelsSecurity access processing, ID tracking, maintenance of reporting logs; password reset assistance, PC hardware/ software inventory checks and stocking of spare parts as well as more advanced troubleshooting and supportResolve technical incidents at a large corporate environment, efficiently and professionally who visits Smart Spot

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
