One of our EPC MNC clients having their based office in Mumbai we are looking for HSE Manager.
Job Location:- Anywhere in India
Job Type: Permanent
Qualification: BE Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation
Experience: - 23 - 26 years
HSE Qualification: Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from BTE. (Full time regular one-year statutory course) is must.
Job Profile: -
- Implementation of HSE management system w.r.t overall project activities.
- Prepare project HSSE Plan
- Organizing HSE orientation for all newly joined employees and HSE training programmes for all the project employees.
- Lead various safety campaigns on a monthly basis and conduct mass tool box meetings
- Conduct Internal safety meetings and attend client safety meetings
- Conduct BBSO (Behavior based safety observation)
- Support project/Maintenance tem in planning and executing work of HSE related matters on project site
- Meet Legal requirements (record keeping)
- Implement HSE key performance Indicator (KPI), Review and recommendation of HSE objectives set by organization based on the KPI reports.
- Ensure to conduct various training including SIC, office Training etc.
- Take lead of 5s program and implement it companywide
- Provided expertise guidance in monitoring facilities and process for adherence to osha requirements by overseeing inspection, recommending corrective actions and preparing for OSHA Safety audits and inspections.
- Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational and occupational conditions and render opinions on new procedures and recommend preventive programs.
- Conduct safety inspections and investigate violations to ensure safety procedures are being followed and council managers and employees accordingly.
- Performing investigation of incidents, root-cause analyzing, reporting and reviewing the incident with executive management.
- Conducts daily surveillance to ensure that all personnel on-site are provided with adequate and well maintained PPE.
- Ensure safety equipment and facilities are maintained in optimum working condition by developing and implementing inspection and preventive maintenance programmes and setting up efficient recordkeeping systems.
- Assist in the development of safe operating and Emergency procedures, manuals, Bulletins and other safety publications.
