What we are looking for -
- Skill - Business Analyst -General / Mortgage/Cards/Healthcare
- Experience - 4-12 Yrs
- Location - Bangalore, Gurgaon
Experience in BFSI domain
Experience in Pension, Annuity, trade finance & Worked in US, UK, A&Z markets experience.
Experienced in Mortgage or Card Process with good communication process.
Experience in Mortgages (at-least 2 of US, UK, ANZ market), pensions ?? investments ?? annuities, trade & treasury ops, servicing etc.
Healthcare - Gurgaon
Good experience in requirement handling, SDLC & Agile.
With Good Communication skill (4/5) rating
Experience in US Healthcare ?? Clinical and/or Claims experience not Insurance alone.
Knowledge of Insurance will be an added advantage if available with Clinical and Claims experience.
General BA - Gurgaon :
Should have worked on US Healthcare & preferably done clinical process
General BA - Gurgaon/Bangalore :
Good experience in requirement handling, SDLC & Agile.
With Average Communication skill (3/5) rating.
General BA - Gurgaon/Bangalore:
Key Duties And Responsibilities -
Experience in eliciting requirements and testingExperience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Own and develop relationship with partners and work with them to optimize and enhance integration
Help design, document and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
Communicate key insights and findings to product team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the client and the organization
Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions made
Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce the recommendations
Gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing the recommendations to the business
Communicate the benefits of the recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
Produce written documentation to support the work, report on the findings and to present to the stakeholders when necessary
Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues
Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation
Complete knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Solid knowledge agile methodologies like Scrum & Kanban
Ability to write user stories & acceptance criteria
Able to validate the functional & User acceptance test cases
Excellent knowledge of the Contact Centre Processes, Contact Centre KPIs and related metrics
Knowledge of automated dialers and ACD systems
Good knowledge of SQL ?? DML commands
Educational Qualification And Experience Required -
The ideal candidate should have a total year of experience between 5 to 7 years
Have a minimum experience of 5 years as a Business Analyst.
A minimum Bachelor??s Degree is mandatory with a preference in Computer Science
