Role Designation- Consultant Responsibilities- As a Senior Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will work with the client as a proxy product owner and will be intensely involved in Requirement Engineering, Solution design, fit-gap analysis; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the requirement detailing, development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape Technical and Professional Requirements- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. , At least 7 years of experience with Information technology as a functional or a Business Analyst., At least 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Requirement Engineering, Solution Design /Detailing of Processes, At least 2 years of experience in Logistics & Transportation Skills in Intermodal or Lastmile and/or brokerage , At least 3 years of experience in Supporting Development, Configuration, solutions evaluation, Validation and deployment , Analytical and Communication skills , Experience with leading small teams is a plus, Experience in Agile-Scrum projects as proxy Product owner and business analyst is a plus, Experience in writing user stories and product grooming is a plus
