Global P&O Robotics Capability Manager @ Novartis Healthcare

>This leadership level role is a member of our Global PO Technology team, within the CoE PO Operations function, and is responsible for the delivery and implementation of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and AI based process improvement solutions and projects. >The job holder will support the Novartis Digital framework to ensure an automation mindset within the PO community driving the pipeline of ideas to meet business needs. This will be done in collaboration with business stakeholders, CoE RCA (IT) and other key business and IT stakeholder *Ensure effective governance of HRIS operational activities and knowledge management needs are aligned with PO (HR) and IT strategies and objectives
*Ensure target solutions help to drive cost and efficiency objectives, monitor, initiate additional activities, if required
*Define and refine system KPIs and drive actions to ensure achievement
*Internal and external communication and stakeholder management influencing the organization to achieve objectives and drive continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor/s degree in HR/other related field or equivalent experience Education
Experience with HR on-premise and/or cloud-based solutions is an advantage, including Experience
SAP HR, Cornerstone OnDemand (learning, performance management, talent management), Brassring (talent acquisition sourcing) ServiceNow (ticketing, telephony, chat platforms and tools), Ideally 2+ years experience of managing HR systems in a Global environment Experience with a wide variety of application environments ERP systems and Software-as-a-Service Experience of RPA platforms preferred, e.g. Automation
