Oyo is hiring Architect for Inhouse Design Studio
Your Role with us !
1. Responsible for managing & revamping the look & feel for entire Oyo townhouse property based out in Mumbai. This role involves a lot of ownership & managing the creative side.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. The person will be responsible for Site Designing, Site execution & Material Management.
2. Involved from the outset in the conceptualization and development of design with help of different tools.
3. Ability to build the designs that will complete the look of the product.
Other Requirements
1. 4+ years of experience in Architecture role
2. Person having Experience in Luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects , Retail projects will be preferred.
3. Architecture Sr. Interior designer & Project manager from Luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects, Retail projects will be preferred.
4. Good knowledge of Sketch up , Auto CAD , Adobe Photo shop
5. Additional of mentioned will be great - Google Sketch , Basic 3DS Max , kcdW software, Rate Analysis
