To source Relationship Manager/Sales Manager positions from job portal, excel databases as per the role requirements given location wise Pan-India levelon a monthly basis
Sourcing, screening, telephonic interviewing, short-listing and arranging candidates for interviews with business in coordination with Zonal HR point of contacts at Pan-India level as per the drives listed in the roster
To meet 10 joiners target each month
To do aggressive follow-ups and coordinate diligently on the lined-up candidates with the business managers at every stage of screening to joining stage
Update all candidate interactions in call centre dialler on a timely manner
To be compliant and adhere with the call script provided to maintain quality standards of interviewing process laid down by Sr. Manager
To coordinate with Team Leader/Sr. Manager in the event of any challenges faced from interview to joining stage of candidates
To cultivate and build stakeholder relationships with business, zonal/regional HR for facilitating position closures
