Job Description

Role Designation- Technology Architect Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. , Lead projects. , Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. , Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience, Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis, Experience programming in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Strong knowledge of web and network technologies and N-tier architecture. , A working knowledge of Agile development methodologies (esp. Scrum) . , A working knowledge of continuous build environments. , A good working knowledge of XML, SOAP, XHTML and related technologies as well as a basic knowledge of networking. , Be able to demonstrate the ability to organize and present complex solutions clearly and accurately. , Be able to understand and interpret existing application software solutions. , Be able to demonstrate expertise in interpreting business requirement specifications and design efficient software solutions to meet the stated requirements that support business processes with a high-degree of user-database interaction. , An excellent understanding of the tools currently in use for software version control (CVS) and workflow management (JIRA) . , The willingness to coach and mentor other team members. , Have good communication skills and be able to project the company and its products favorably in all situations. , Must have gained experience of controlling large development projects. , Be able to ensure that product development is managed to achieve the company s goals, Location of posting is driven by business needs.
