Job Description

Job Responsibilities;
The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel. Job Profile:
* Develop the partner channel for insurance cross- sell at the location and the catchments area around * Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location * Current product groups include home insurance, health insurance, motor insurance etc * Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules * Manage the partner relation at location level and day to day service requirements.

The candidate should have atleast 3 years of team handling experience.
The candidate should posses good market knowledge.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Education Qualification : Graduation/Postgraduation (Full Time)
