Job Description

- BEBTechDiploma in Mechanical field is preferred.
- Proven experience as Production ManagerSupervisor.
- Machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Deep knowledge of production management.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Standards, (ISO:13485).
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong decision - making skills and a results - driven approach.
- Supervisory Skills, WorkersMan Management skills, Production & Process Monitoring, Yield.
- Maximize Efficiency, Production Execution, Production Target Meet, Breakdown Reduction.

- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal. downtime.
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Support in audit and audit closure points.
- Verification of Operations Equipment calibration.
- Maintenance of quality and production records.
- Preparation, revision and review of Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Investigation of Batch failures in Operations.
- Review worker performance.
- Identify training needs.
