Purpose of the role
This role is responsible for delivering deep market and customer insights through research and driving the effective use
of insights to enhance business performance and profitability.
The role includes but is not limited
- Responsible for developing a deep understanding of the digital behaviour & voice of the customer and
- providing strategic actionable insights post market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign
- results, and consumer trends.
- Developing in-depth marketing campaign analysis and providing insights to customer behaviour and
- response to product.
- Identifying the drivers of satisfaction and assisting the leadership in setting the right priorities in the
- market, identifying the right target group of customers for campaigns from different sources.
- Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting customers and making appropriate
- recommendations regarding communication strategy/ media and PR initiatives surrounding them.
- Working with external vendors on various research projects as and when needed.
- To facilitate monthly/quarterly reviews of key business performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
- To Provide competitor analysis on various regional players market offerings, market trends,
- pricing/business models, sales and methods of operations
- To actively collaborate with all regional functional SPOCs to ensure accurate data and field intelligence is
