Job description:

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review timely Invoice posting, Block, Payment on time & VQ

2. Resolve and Handle escalations

3. Improve POT and its KPI metrics

4. Drive training needs for the Team

5. Support transitions and Knowledge transfer

6. Maintain and update SOPs and FAQs regularly

7. Act as an SME and conducts periodic meeting with the team to improve metrics

Act as a Backup on requirement.

Desired:

Good understanding of Internal Control Standards Reporting Software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must have skills:

Good Communication & Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Must have: Should have minimum 18 months of experience in PTP process.

Current employer offers letter and Salary revision letter with annexure (if applicable) whichever pertains to your current salary.
