Job Description

Responsibilities

• Bank Reconciliation
• Handling Cash Finalization of Accounts
• Handling Income Tax Scrutiny Regarding Accounts
• TDS, Service Tax , VAT , Income Tax Calculation.
• Payments, Receipts & Journal.
• Checking Bills
• Sound knowledge of GST
• Assist In Audit work
• Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports
• Online Application of GST/ VAT/CST/PTRC Registration.
• Compute taxes monthly, Quterly, Annual & Online Filling VAT return & GST.
• Preparation of H FORM/C FORM Computation and uploading application.
• Assigning entries to proper accounts
• Preparation of PTRC Return & uploading Return.
• Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payments.
• Preparing forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel
• Preparing Vat Audit Calculation & online Filling Vat Audit.
• Finalization of Accounts books & Accounts Receivable & payable.
• Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any Bills & Preparation of Bank
• Reconciliation, Purchase, sales Entry in the Books of Accounts.

Key skills:

• Knowledge of Tally
• Fluent in English
• Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated
