Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Handling Cash Finalization of Accounts
- Handling Income Tax Scrutiny Regarding Accounts
- TDS, Service Tax , VAT , Income Tax Calculation.
- Payments, Receipts & Journal.
- Checking Bills
- Sound knowledge of GST
- Assist In Audit work
- Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports
- Online Application of GST/ VAT/CST/ Registration.
- Assigning entries to proper accounts
- Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payments.
- Preparing forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel
- Preparing Vat Audit Calculation & online Filling Vat Audit.
- Finalization of Accounts books & Accounts Receivable & payable.
- Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any Bills & Preparation of Bank
Key Skills:
Commerce Graduate with 5 years of experience in real estate is must.
Experience of working in ERP system for real estate
