Job Description
Dorsch Consult Private Limited is looking for skilful Airport Master Planner to work on airport master planning projects.- Guide, Review and analyse data generated from field surveys and investigations, including OLS
- Understand and analyse passenger, cargo and aircraft traffic data/forecast data
- Apply FAA / ICAO / IATA / ACRP criteria and regulations
- Conduct demand capacity analysis and facility requirement analysis
- Prepare airport master plans, layout plans, system planning, airfield planning, terminal planning
- Undertake development phasing planning
- Develop, elaborate and evaluate planning concept for major elements of airport infrastructure including airfield, passenger terminal, landside access, cargo terminal, Royal/VIP terminal and support areas
- Manage, coordinate and guide specialist teams and sub-consultants such as architectural, structural, utilities and services, roads, drainage, airport systems etc.
- Management of key stakeholders and clients
- Be a point of contact for Client, on airport master planning
- Management of projects, including financial and contractual matters and compliance with internal quality procedures and directives
- Development of programs for the delivery of services
- Preparation of reports, presentations and making effective presentations to Client/Stake Holders
Required Candidate profile
- Experience of master planning of at least one airport of 4 MPPA or more- Experience in international airports is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Excel and other graphic related programs
- Knowledge of simulation softwares is preferred
- Possess ability to switch between micro to macro planning.
- Professional, strong oral communication skills, report writing and communication with clients and colleagues
- Proven team management experience
- Knowledge of current aviation industry regulations
- Knowledge of Arabic / Russian language is preferred
