Design, Build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must Have Skills :Data Warehouse ETL Testing

Good To Have Skills :Agile Team Practices

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

A: Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Analysis, Data ware house architecture and Designing

B: Experienced in DW Projects ETL Testing against DW Testing with informatica

C: Knowledge on testing process in creation and execution of functional scripts

D: Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives

E: Defect management

F: Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up - to - date

G: Location of posting is driven by business needs and the role fitment shall be subject to the experience level and technical, feedback.

H: Excellent communication skills

I: Ready to work in 24X7 support model

Technical Experience:

A: Testing Experience with 2 years Informatica Tool experience

B: Talent should have Knowledge of ALM

C: Talent should be able to execute the scripts

D: Talent should be able to Create the scripts

E: Talent should have knowledge on Agile Methodology

F: Talent should have knowledge on Defect Management

Professional Attributes :

A: Talent should have good communication skills

SAP SuccessFactors

  • Minimum 2-3 years of domain experience in HR SuccessFactors
  • 2-3 E2E implementations is desirable
  • knowledge in Benefits/Time off and US Payroll
  • Must have knowledge in interface testing
  • ALM / JIRA knowledge
  • Other tools - Kronos

Responsibility:

  • Analysis of requirements and user stories
  • Test Planning
  • Test Execution
  • Defects Logging
  • Work with the client to analyze their requirements: prepare and participate in workshops, requirement documentation
  • Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions
  • Coach or lead different tracks or project teams, taking on more responsibility as you grow in your career

Prerequisite for Suitable candidate:

  • Team player who has experience with large projects
  • 2 to 3 years of working experience with HR processes optimization and automation,
  • Experience in delivering SAP Solutions
  • Bachelor degree or equal by experience
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to apply analytical and creative thought
  • Willingness to travel to any Infosys location in India
  • Good command of English
