Job Description
Business Development executive for an Digital Marketing Agency with same previous experience
Key-skills required:
Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales pitches
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products & Services
Demonstrate initiative and drive
Developing quotes and proposals
Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Achieving sales goals set by the company

Desired Profile:
MBA in Marketing
Candidate must have minimum 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience in business development for
a marketing agency
Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
Good with numbers
Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisation
Excellent English written and oral communication skills

Job Location : Viman Nagar Pune
Salary: INR 3.5 lacs PA
