• Extensive experience in end to end recruitment process.
• Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database.
• Experience in job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Headhunting.
• Lead all recruiting efforts to support a specific or multiple business population (Hiring requirements, Reporting, Sourcing, Assessment, On boarding) Confident in Client & Leadership handling skills.
• Hands on and be responsible for the delivery of the talent needed by taking onus of closing the positions, meeting delivery and revenue targets.
