Export Business Development & Sourcing (Pharma APIs, Intermediates & Other Pharma Ingredients) Positions available: Sr. Executive / Dy. Manager / Manager Job Description: To manage Business Development Activities. To add new customers and increase market coverage in untapped regions and new countries thereby contribute in sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Provide market research, market intelligence and other key information inputs on international market trends and competition to help company formulate future business strategies and plans. To contribute in developing strategic planning based on countries, products and competitions activities and operationalize the same. To monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends and competitors activity to identify business opportunities and adjust business strategies and plans to meet changing market dynamics and competitive conditions. To Identify potential new customers using various tools like export data analysis etc. to generate leads and to get them on board with commercial business Identifying new markets & appointing agents in existing and new key markets. Generate new sales leads from existing customers and increase business from the them. Sourcing products from domestic manufacturers and develop new vendors based on reliability, quality and better pricing. Also identify manufacturers with products with good export potential and forge very close association with them for mutual benefits. To identifying short term and long-term sourcing opportunities from overseas customers. Candidate Profile: Male / Female candidates preferably Science / Pharmacy graduates with at least 3 years experience (for Sr. Executive) / 5 years experience for (Dy. Manager) / 7 years and above (for Manager) strictly in similar field is a must. Strong track record of sales with overseas customers & good connection with the local API manufacturers. Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills to optimize revenue and profitability. Ability to build and manage good relations with customers and vendors. Confident, enthusiastic, self-starter, well organised, and result oriented with good command over English language - spoken and written both. Quick to spot business opportunity.
