Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Well versed with online payments/PG and payouts and operational aspects of Remittance Payout. (2-3 yrs Experience)
2. Account Management
3. Invoiced Collection Recovery
4. Merchant Onboarding and Go Live operations
5. Trouble shooting for issues, impacting Services and Production Issues.
6. Features Addition/Enhancement
7. Operational support for Payouts and PG Merchants.
9. Technically sound to understand the call flow and debug issues
10. Issue Identification and fixture of the same. And manage L2 Escalation.
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate above.
