About the role:
- HR Systems Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving process simplification and digitization of all HR processes with a view to customer satisfaction.
- He/She will define the HR Technology roadmap and work towards achieving customer delight by executing the necessary projects effectively.
Expectations/ Requirements
1. Process Re-engineering Solutioning
2. Work with process stakeholders to understand and simplify processes
3. Drive process simplification by removing manual work
4. Come up with insightful solutions
HR Technology selection amp; Vendor management
5. Sign off PRDs in line with the functional requirements
6. Review the existing HR Technology landscape in order to utilize it effectively for implementing simplified processes
7. Shortlist suitable HR Tech vendors that meet the functional requirements
8. Develop good working relationships with the HR Tech vendors
Program Management:
9. Work with the vendor and process stakeholders to define the project plan for implementation
10. Program manage the project for requirements, change requests, timelines, efforts and cost.
11. Go-live as per agreed timelines
Change Management:
12. Align and help stakeholders in managing change
13. Ensure continuous connect to understand issues so as to effectively implement solutions
14. Ensure proper training Adoption amp; Continuous Improvement:
15. Drive usage and adoption of the modules that went live
16. Drive and track usage and adoption metrics
17. Continuously look for feedback for improvements
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. HR Domain understanding
2. Good understanding in HR Technology / Systems understanding Analytical.
4. Should be Solution-oriented.
5. Attention to details
6. Should have managed HR Tech projects. Exposure to end HRMS implementation is required.
7. 8-10 years of experience in HR Transformation/ Systems is highly preferred.
8. Educational Qualification should be an MBA in HR.
