The role involves developing engaging learning content for adult learning in the form of SCROM courses, videos, e-books, exercises, or interactive online courseware, etc. Evaluate training need for digital content and programs to digitise content as per business needs.
Expectations/ Requirements
1. The role involves developing engaging learning content for adult learning in the form of SCROM courses, videos, e-books, exercises, interactive online courseware etc.
2. Creation and conversion of storyboards to interactive digital content
3. Would involve working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to synthesize technical and complex knowledge/ content into simple and learnable content.
4. Evaluate training needs for digital content and programs to digitize content as per business needs.
5. Apply Instructional Design discipline and create content as per the ADDIE/SAT approach
6. Responsible for uploading/maintaining the e-learning courses to LMS measure and achieving learning objectives through e-learning to enhance training effectiveness.
7. Measure e-learning effectiveness via various metrics such as adoption, feedback, business metric wherever applicable other relevant measures.
8. Responsible for scaling-up digitization of learning content in Paytm,
9. Client Management - Effective communication, influencing skills, ability to meet deadlines.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. Must be a Graduate from a decent College.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Content Developer from an LD perspective.
3. Preferably certified in ID (Instructional Design) from a reputable institute
4. Working knowledge of design fundamentals of e-learning, learning tools, web optimization, and digital content management systems.
5. Working knowledge of rapid eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360 Or Adobe captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator Sound editing tools, video editing tool, HTML Managing Learning Platforms.
6. High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation
7. Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
8. Should be a Growth Mindset, Aptitude to respond to challenging and ambiguous environments.
9. Understanding of Technology and User Experience
10. Ability to synergies capabilities across functions to achieve common goals
