• Job Location : Hyderabad (candidates must be open to relocate to Pune/Chennai/Hyderabad/ BLR post joining if required)
• Qualification : Any Full Time Graduation
• Shifts : 24/7
• Experience : Min 2 years

And this is non-voice support profile NOT development. Process is an abbreviation for Technology Support and Optimisation. They majorly work on Production/application/testing support projects

1. Job Description for UFT :

• 3+ Years of handling testing projects and leading UFT automation test teams.
• Good knowledge of all test life cycle activities and thorough knowledge on test planning and management
• Knowledge on test automation process
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Good experience in onsite-offshore co-ordination
• Good knowledge of all test life cycle activities
• Experience in financial services domain.

1. Job Description for TOSCA

Requirements for TOSCA Quality Tester

Responsible for Functional and Regression testing of applications within application portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities

• Creation/ Review of Automation framework
• Preparation/review of Automated test scripts based on functional test cases
• Execution and automated testing
• Reporting and baseline of escalation of defects
• Preparation of test reports

Essential Skills

• 2-3 years experience in developing and executing automated testing via Tricentis Tosca
• 1-2 years of Proficiency level in Agile testing and processes
• Working knowledge of Tosca Test Automation tool
• Proficiency in Communication skills
• Organized and able to work effectively on multiple objectives simultaneously
• Able to work quickly with a high level of consistency and accuracy
• Exhibits skepticism and attention to detail while executing testing

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge of Rally Agile tool
• Experience testing Appian Business Process Management
• Working knowledge of C# and Microsoft Visual Studio
• Working knowledge of SQL
