Job Description

Role Designation- Associate Consultant

Responsibilities- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment. , Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. , Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum Experience required/ Experience Range, Minimum 3 years of experience, 3-10 years, Solid techno-functional background in Capital Markets (products and processes), Thorough knowledge of one or more Capital Markets data domains i. e. Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Derivatives, FX Markets, Investment Banking, trading, clearing, settlement, understanding of various risks etc, Has specialized knowledge of processes in multiple functional areas and broad understating of frameworks to document complex processes, identify gaps and define complex to-be processes and solutions, Prior experience of working in agile is an added advantage. , Work on UAT test cases to ensure that the developed project meets the stated requirements, Exposure to technology such as SQL, JAVA, . NET or Mainframes is an added advantage.
