Serve customer by providing service information and resolving service problems Attracts potential customers by answering service questions Maintains customer records by updating clients information Resolves service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
