Job Description



General criterias:
  1. Should have technical background. Any chemicals plant related experience would be highly preferred.
  2. Should be very well conversant with computers and Govt related portals for applications of various licenses.
  3. Total HR related work experience: Min 15 years and at least 3 years as Team/dept Head

Salary and timekeeping:
  1. Should have complete knowledge of spine or any other timekeeping related software.
  2. Should have full knowledge of PF, ESI, Bonus related rules and return filings
  3. Should have knowledge of CL/PL

HR Policy:
  1. Should have experience of framing HR policy of the company
  2. Review and make timely changes in the HR policy
  3. Educate the staff regarding the HR policy

Factory Rules:
  1. Should have experience regarding the Factory act
  2. Attend Facotry inspector visits alongwith the Plant Manager
  3. Submit complicance reports to the Labour office

Government departments and statutory licenses:
Should have experience of the following Govt bodies:
  1. GPCB: attending visits and submitting replies in coordination with Plant Manager and consultant
  2. Labour and Factory Insoector Department (Shram Bhavan): applying and renewing all factory licenses, Plan approvals, bolier license renewal and also timely submission of various forms 3,4,4A etc.
  3. GIDC: plan approvals and obtaining 2R permission
  4. Electrical utility (Torrent power): transformer licnese renewals
  5. Fire Department: obtaining Fire NOC
  6. PESO: Explosives licenese renewals
  7. Police department: for any accidents or theft related cases

Admin:
  1. Will be responsible of all AMCs like AC, Computers, other equipemnts etc
  2. Cleanliness and hygiene of office and plant work environement and housekeeping
  3. Maintain staff discipline
  4. Maintaining record of uniforms, PPE and other equipements given to the staff or labour contractor
  5. F&F formalities
  6. Maintain records of all department wise files
  7. Smooth handover of old to new employees
  8. Conducting trainings when required

Legal:
  1. Attending all employee or labour related cases in the court
  2. Keeping a close record of all cases and its dates
  3. Preparing notice replies in coordination with the lawyer
