Job Description

Role: Junior Process Executive / Customer Relation Executive - Semi Voice Process ( Fixed Day Shift)

Outbound /Inbound Calling agent for CCC Team

Location: Chennai (Perungalathur )

Description:

Excellent in both written and Oral Communication.

Develop new leads and customer base.

Payment follow up, Co-ordination with location engineer, CSAT compilation and reports.

To listen objections and handle them effectively.

To convince the customers about our high standards of service.

To enter the details of every interaction in the system.

Must Carry:

* Updated resume (2 copies of your updated resume)
* Printout of this Call Letter - (Mandatory)
* 1 original ID proof (PAN card, Voter ID card etc.) & Original Mark sheets
* Please bring pen & pencil with you; however use of calculator is prohibited.

Qualification BBA / BCA / BA / B.Sc / B.Com / M.com /B.E / B Tech / M.E / MCA / M.Sc can walk-in
