The Engagement & Customer Success team leads the off-platform experience end-to-end, for program execution from live sessions (through internal coordination), to drive completions for online courses. Our focus is to give our learners the right information at the right time in support of their learning journey and work with the client SPOC to provide the right information.
We are looking for an experienced Learner Support Manager to provide excellent service to our learners. The goal is to manage a team of support agents, understand the needs of our learners and resolve issues efficiently. This role also includes reducing complaints and increasing learner satisfaction using proactive support methods.
