KeyResult Areas/Accountabilities

Supporting Actions

EnsurebudgetcapacitizationofBDM to induct them to the businessworkflows.

  1. Hire qualified manpower of BDMs so that 100% FYPcapacityofmanpowerismaintained&utilizedatalltimes.
  2. Assist&guidetheBDMsinproperrecruitmentofAgency Partner and Advisors.3. Monitor the status of thebudgetedFYPcapacityofBDMsvis--vistheactualstrength on board on a regular basis.4. Ensure that theKPIs & targets of BDMs are properly communicated &understood.5.EnsuingthatthegoalsheetoftheAgencyPartnerhasproperlybeencommunicatedandexplainedbytheirBDMs.6.Carryoutgoalsettingofeach individual BDM for the month, quarter & year.7.Monitor & review the performance of BDMs on predefinedparameters(FYP/NOP/NAAC/Activisation/Recruitment)& take timelycorrectiveactions

Ensuretraining&developmentoftheteam to enhanceperformance.

1. Collaborate with the Sales Training team to ensure thatworkforceistimelytrainedonproducts&processesasper the training plan.2. Ensuring attendance of trainedadvisor recruits in IRDA exams.3. Conduct extensivetrainingonrecruitmentandsellingskillstoenhanceproductivityof BDMs

Achievement of Business Targets assetthroughandwiththeTeambymeetingthe functionalgoalsset.

1.MonitortheperformanceoftheBDMsonthepredefined parameters

(FYP/NOP/NAAC/Activization/Persistency/Recruitmentofmentors & advisors)2. Ensure continuous acquisition ofadvisors by their team of BDMSs on a regular basis.3.Ensurethatcommunicationongoalsheets,contests,payouts etc are rolled out to advisors by BDMs and sameisunderstoodbythemaswell.4.Ensurethroughcontinualcommunication&reviewsthatmajorityofthe


work force achieves their goal sheets & moves up thecareer ladder.5. Drive benchmarks & motivate BDMSsand mentors to achieve their goal sheet, seek promotionandearnincentives.
