Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Senior Academic Excellence Managers and Academic Excellence Managers who monitor LEAD School curriculum execution.
Design and monitor processes to track execution and progress across schools.
Visit schools at regular intervals, train principals, coordinators, and teachers, observe classes to ensure excellent execution of the system across schools.
Liaison between central and field teams to increase impact in classrooms.
Coach and mentor the team to build their ability to service all schools. Requirements:
10+ years of experience
Very strong academic background
Excellent people management skills. Should have managed a team of 30 people Qualifications:
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month. Skills and attributes:
