To handle branch banking & Lead the Service Team for- Customer Service, operations, cashier, teller & audit. Authorize and check RO/SO entries & vouchers. CUSTOMER RETENTION & COST EFFICIENCY THROUGH PROCESS, Customer orientation & to put Customer benefit first.

Problem Solving & Positive Attitude.
Must have good English communication & Good Communication skills.
Good Team player.
Must be presentable.
The incumbent must be a Graduate or Post Graduate (Preferably from Good B school).
Understanding of BFSI Industry will be an added advantage.
