Job Description

Innovator pack analysis and Preparation of pack characterization report.

Preparation / Review of Mater Packaging Card, Bill of Materials and Batch Packaging Record.

Preparation / Review of Specification / STP of packaging materials.

Coordination with Pithampur plant / RD Centre for Packaging related issue.

Preparations of departmental SOP.

Initiation of Change control, Deviation and CAPA in TrackWise for Packaging related activities.

Coordination with supplier for development of new/existing Packaging Materials or change parts.

Perform qualification activities for new packaging equipment s and change parts.

Coordination with Analytical development for analytical activities of Packaging Materials.

Coordination with formulation development for packaging activities or trouble shooting.

Perform activities related to Batch Packaging at shop floor.

Trouble shooting in the packaging materials and packing machine.

Perform training activities.
