Job Description

:
1.       Should have knowledge of Raw material sourcing and procurement like Electrical steel, Steel
Plates, Flats, Bars, Forgings and Stampings.
2.       Should have Knowledge of moulding process their based material, like epoxy, phenolite etc.
3.       Should have knowledge of all process related to manufacturing, machining, fabrication, CNC,
machining, grinding.
4.       Should have adequate knowledge of various machine tools used for above mainly, VTLS,
lathes, grinding machines, diebold drilling, plasma cutting, laser cutting, bending, turning etc.,
5.       Should have adequate knowledge of calculating timings and work on processors and should
be well versed with the costing of various fabricated components and products;
6.       Should be aware of and should have knowledge of calculating timings for different operations
and based on machine evaluation costs for the same;
Skills:
1.       Should have adequate negotiation skills, and should be of high integrity;
2.       Must be a good team player and should be able to coordinate with vendors and internal customers;
3.       Should be well versed with the quality requirements, six sigma, PPAP and other quality management
tools to deliver quality products from vendors;
4.       Good Communication && presentable skills.
