Software Implementation Executive(HRMS SW)-Mumbai(Kanjurmarg)

Responsibilities:

Initiating and managing the project implementation tasks and training programs, provide technical support for HRMS Software(Web+app), Manage and Solve customer queries with the help of Domain Consultant.

Experience in implementing web or PC based enterprise software applications.

Customer Support & implementation for new computer software installations and maintenance of existing clients

Personal competencies in integrity, flexibility/ adaptability, stress management, judgment/ problem solving, analysis/ problem assessment and judgment/ problem solving
